Our Condominiums
What is a condominium in Brasil?
In Brasil a "condominio" (here mentioned as Condominium) is a private closed residential complex with controlled access type.
This is a place where families can live together, each in his house, but with shared staff ( for security, gardening, cleaning, etc.). There are communal facilities such as swimming pool, barbecue area, sports fields ... (of course anyone can also have their private swimming pool!)
In Brazil, the tendency in such a residential living is steadily increasing, mainly because this is more efficient and brings more comfort.
We own 3 estates with an area of 5 to 6 hectares.
Private, they are being watched day and night.
The condominiums offer the following infrastructure, rare to find in South America :
- High Voltage Line, privat concrete artesian wells to a depth of 100m, all electrical and hydraulic are underground (each field has electric meter, leads, tel, drinking water and an orchard tropical production).
- Swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, Clubhouse with bar, lounge area, library, etc..
- Tennis court for Baia Dourada and Gallery, shops and restaurant / pizzeria in the Garden in Bahia (in validation).
- Teams for: janitor work, gardening, maintenance of equipment (buildings, pools, sauna, jacuzzi etc. ..), cleaning homes, organization of leisure (rental cars and boats, programming sailing courses, fishing, diving with professionals ...) and of course for the administration of the estates.
Composed of 19 to 38 lands full of orchards, gardens, and coconut trees, they stretch over and near the strand of Guaiu, a privat and paradisiac beach, classified by the guide Quatro Roda as one of 10 hidden treasures of the Brazilian coast.

Facing the beach you can admire Araripe Atoll, a real aquarium in the open sea and one of the most beautiful in the South Atlantic, and admire dolphins, all types of crustaceans and fishes, whales off the coast and even, with a bit of luck, the laying of the marine turtles.
