1. About us
We are a Franco-Brazilian couple who has been working for many years in many European countries from which we are pleased to learn the culture and language. We felt in love with Bahia and would like to disclose this corner of paradise, ideal for both pleasure and investment, as well as the opportunities it offers.
We are not real estate agents but we are forming the European team working with the program designer, also builder and owner of three beautiful residential gated communities : the first one "feet in water", the second one "The field of Corals ", and the latest, designed following the success of the two other ones and already in construction : " A Garden in Bahia".
We do not sell only m2 of land on a beach, but real properties fully provided with services ( water, electricity, telephone, etc.). Ready to receive your home, in a privat condominium without equivalence in South America.
We will assist you in all stages of the acquisition of your property, since the simple tourist information to the construction of your home, if you wish it so, through the organization of your potential visits to our estate. No "surprise fees" and no complicated administrative procedures, you will deal directly with us and the owner of the Condominiums.
Our services do not end once you acquired the land since our team on the spot will be happy to continue to make your stay as smooth as possible.
2. Why us?
Because being a team of Europeans and Brazilians, having travelled a lot and seeing a lot of people from all natinonalities, we know your wishes and doubts. You want to invest, to build a house (key investment at this time that money in the bank does not seem very safe), but you do not take the step because you are not sure of its location, the choice of property and most of all, you fear the cost of it, especially if it is abroad, in a country where you are not familiar with the laws...
This is where we operate. We will, through our experience and our approaches, try to be as clear as possible about the cost of the land and the houses we propose, the equipment we use and the time to build them, as well as about the administrative and legal steps.
We will listen to you and move at your own pace: after a personalized project, adapted to your budget, your tastes and your desires, your house can be built from the date you agreed.
We don't forget our co-owners once they acquired a property as during our regular trips to Europe and worldwide, we continue to meet them and even hold confraternisation meetings. A newsletter is also available to them, informing them of their new "second home": laying of turtles, incongruous visit of animals, new restaurants, etc..
Once confortably established in your home, you can count:
- On our maintenance, gardening and cleaning team (including your property),
- On our guidance and legal support,
- On our help to organize your leisure before your arrival or during your stay, if of course you want ut to (t car or boat renting, diving into the lagoons with professional instructors, fishing, going on a boat to see whales in just 45 minutes away from tour beach, or trekking through the forest to indigenous villages ... etc).
Everything is done to make your life easier and allow you to enjoy your stay fully. This distinguishes our sale of property from a simple real estate transaction.
