***Why investing in our condominiums ?

-For pleasure: to become the owner of a beautiful second home (from € 143,000 for a house furnished and equipped on a land of 1000m2) in one of the most beautiful and exotic areas of Brazil, at 30% cheaper than a property in southern Europe (Provence, Tuscany, Spain, Greece ... etc). Later, it can accommodate you for your retirement: spring climate all year round and high purchasing power, with everything you need in terms of comfort, leisure, services and health.

2. Valuation

So far the valuation of our roperties was around 15% per year. With the world situation, it should be around 10%. But the opening of Club Med near by and the construction of a new Golf course is expected to increase it to 50%.

The day after obtaining the certificate of compliance, your property, which was about € 143,000 - € 190,000 (minimum price for different areas) will cost from 200 to 250,000 EU.

After 5 to 10 years, who knows? Hard to say, but maybe its value will be that of an equivalent property in Europe today (Lubéron, Tuscany, Algarve ).... 700,000€ or more?

-There are two ways to enhance this investment:

* Renting (10% annual rentibility for 6 months leasing after deducting management fees). Count generally 1000€ per week in high season and 600€ in low season.

* Selling the house, for all the reasons mentioned above.
